Ever since my motorcycle crash, I’ve had to be mindful of my diet to compensate for not hitting the weights. So I’ve been eating 1 meal a day for 5 days and fasting for 2 days. Christian McQueen has his little Recipe of The Week sections and when I tweeted a pic of my meal he called it the heart attack in a bowl.

So without further adieu, here is my Recipe of The Week: Heart Attack in a Bowl .
I use a 12 Inch Lodge Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet with Red Silicone Hot Handle Holder and it works wonders. The only problem is I broke the Hot Handle Holder in my Motorcycle accident so it’s kind of a bitch to use but I make do.
I throw the butter on to melt. Cook the Eggs. Add the Cheese once eggs have been plated. Then add more butter. Cook the steak. The timing is completely up to your preference of steak. I like mine medium just on the rarer side so it’s about 15 minutes total.
Then throw the Bacon on after the steak and you’re good to go.
Meal Macros – 1360 Calories – 120g Protein – 103g Fat – 0 Carbs
This meal combined with 1 Juice a day allows me to keep burning fat even though i’m not lifting weights at the moment.
