  5. Build for 1 hour straight with no distractions. 0
  6. Track With MyFitnessPal. +1
  7. Take my supplements. +1
  8. Follow work out plan (100 push ups resting days, lifting on gym days) +1
  9. No fucking yourself. +1
  10. Have sex. +1
  11. 5 reality checks. 0
  12. Post a blog. 0
  13. Make more money than I spend. +1
  14. No Alcohol Or Tobacco 0
  15. No wasting time online when I should be working 0
  16. Send a ping text to plates. +1
  17. Weigh myself morning and night. 200.2 this morning 202.1 night +1
  18. Take a progress picture. 0
  19. Create  a 5 step to-do list the night before and execute the next day. +1
  20. Juice the night before for lunch at work tomorrow +1
  21. Score more points than yesterday. 0
